From Thursday 3rd April, I’m going to be running a weekly Piloga class at Strode Leisure Centre in Clevedon. The session is 90 minutes long, 10.30 am to 12 pm. All are welcome.
Piloga is a mix of Pilates and Yoga. Using the Pilates approach to breathing and pelvic floor engagement, the class combines the best of both disciplines to create a workout that is low impact and focussed on core stability and controlled flowing movements. The aim of Piloga is to strengthen and improve the flexibility of the body.
